❗️Who can attend this classes ?
It is suitable for beginners and all levels of practitioner.

I am a Yoga instructor with more than 9 years of experience. I have completed 500hours of teacher’s training in Yoga from Rishikesh- the yoga capital of the world. I conduct classes for Yoga asanas, pranayamas and meditation. I not only teach Yoga but follow it sincerely in my life and it’s my aim to impart the same to people.
