Yoga For kids Starting this month
In this playful yoga class designed especially for elementary aged-children, children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and give children the tools to manage stress.
The hour I spent doing yoga was the best hour of my week. I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. It truly is is both body and mind yoga, she projects really good energy, so if you’ve been having a rough day, this class will set you back on the right path. I would definitely recommend it! Her expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make for a great instructor! She uses that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. She also has the critical ability to challenge students while keeping the classes enjoyable, informative & highly recommended!
