Yoga for beginners

Hello guys,
My name is Bhanu Bhati. I am certified yoga instructor from ministry of Ayush and skill India .I have 2+ year experience in teaching and practicing yoga. I have 50+ clients to whom I learnt yoga in different level .my specialization in mediation and relaxation in yoga therapy. I deal with many chronic disease patients in my teaching and give them better result.
